1. Engineering Disciplines – Bachelor of Engineering (04 years degree recognized by HEC/PEC)

2. Other Disciplines – Bachelor's/Master's degree (16 years of education)

Eligibility Criteria for OGDCL Management Trainee Program
- Age Limit: 26 years maximum on closing date
- CGPA: Minimum 2.50 in requisite degree as specified above
- Percentage: 1st Division (60% & above) where CGPA is not applicable
- Result Deadline: Only those candidates shall be entertained whose final result has been announced on or before June 30, 2026
- Foreign Degree: Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must furnish Equivalence certificate of 16 or 18 years, if selected
- Ineligibility: The enrollment / selection shall stand null & void if a candidate is found ineligible at any stage as per the advertisement
Program Details & Benefits
- Duration: One-year intensive Management Trainee Program
- Training: The trainee(s) will undergo comprehensive training program during one-year period
- Career Path: Full time contract employment in the Company will be offered upon successful completion of training program evaluated on the basis of performance
- Test Conduct: Written test will be conducted by IBA Karachi at their specified centers only
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview

- Step 3: Fill Online Application – Submit the online application on the prescribed proforma. Active Email Address & Cell Number are mandatory.
- Step 4: Generate Fee Voucher – After filling the form, generate the fee voucher from the portal.
- Step 5: Pay Processing Fee – Pay the Rs. 3,000/- non-refundable/non-transferable processing fee in any branch of Meezan Bank Limited using the generated voucher.
- Step 6: Submit Application – Complete and submit the online application before the deadline. Incomplete or improperly filled application forms or by hand submissions will not be entertained.
- Step 7: Save Confirmation – Save your application tracking ID and fee payment proof for future reference.
