1. Intermediate Level Candidates:

   • Eligibility: Intermediate or Equivalent with minimum 60% marks.
   • Marital Status: Unmarried.
   • Age/Nationality: 17-22 Years (With 03 Months Relaxation).
   • Physical Criteria: Height 5.4″ (162.5 cm), Weight = As per body mass.

2. Graduates & Serving Navy/PAF Personnel:

   • Eligibility: Graduation (02 Years) & Serving Pakistan Navy & PAF Personnel.
   • Marital Status: Unmarried (Married Servants of PAF, PN with Age more than 20 Years).
   • Age/Nationality: 17-23 Years.
   • Physical Criteria: Height 5.4″ (162.5 cm), Weight = As per body mass.

3. Graduates (04 Years):

   • Eligibility: Graduation (04 Years) (BS, BA, B.SC, BBA).
   • Marital Status: Unmarried.
   • Age/Nationality: 17-24 Years.
   • Physical Criteria: Height 5.4″ (162.5 cm), Weight = As per body mass.

4. Serving Army Soldiers:

   • Eligibility: Serving Army Soldiers.
   • Marital Status: Unmarried/Married with Age more than 20 Years.

Selection Procedure for PAK Army Long Course:

• Registration & Preliminary Selection at AS & RC.
• Written (Academic)/intelligence test comprising MCQs from English, Mathematics, Pak-Studies, Islamiat, and General Knowledge (G.K).
• Medical examination, physical tests, and interviews at AS & RC.
• Physical tests: 1.6 Km running in 8 1/2 minutes, 15 push-ups in 02 minutes, 15 sit-ups in 02 minutes, 03 chin-ups in 02 minutes, and ditch crossing 7.4″ x 7.4″ with a depth of 4 feet.
• ISSB tests & interviews.
• Medical examination of ISSB recommended candidates at the nearest CMH.
• Final selection by GHQ based on candidate’s overall performance.
• Training period of 02 years at PMA.
