Job Description: The Business Development Officer will play a pivotal role in selling the bank's products to clients, fostering new relationships/accounts, and ensuring long-term sustainable relationships. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position requires a proactive approach towards achieving business development targets and maintaining stakeholder and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieving Business Development targets.
Maintaining stakeholder relationships with cross-functional departments.
Managing client relationships and portfolios.
Ensuring compliance with KYC regulations at account opening and maintenance.
Utilizing market intelligence to enhance product portfolios.

Skills Required:

Awareness of regulatory regulations & AML/KYC guidelines.
Knowledge of banking practices, regulations, and methods.
Proficiency in general banking operations, especially accounts opening operations.
Proficient in MS Office.
