Position Overview:

The Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan is seeking applications for the position of HR Manager - Innovations, Learning & Organizational Development. Reporting to the Head of HR & Organizational Development, the incumbent will be responsible for driving HR strategies forward, focusing on performance management, learning & development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. This role presents an opportunity for a dynamic HR professional to make a significant impact in fostering growth and driving change within the organization. The position is based in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Ensure alignment of individual goals with organizational objectives through collaboration with department heads.

HR Statistics, Analytics & Reporting:

  • Compile, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations showcasing key metrics and trends.

Learning & Organizational Development:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate innovative learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
  • Continuously assess and refine organizational development strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Leadership:

  • Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, fostering a culture of belonging and respect.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement DEI strategies, policies, and programs.
  • Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of DEI initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.

Salary/Compensation Surveys Management:

  • Conduct salary and compensation surveys to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Analyze survey data to benchmark compensation practices and make recommendations for adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience in HR management roles, with a focus on performance management, learning and development, and organizational development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Experience in managing compensation surveys and developing competitive salary structures.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
