Monitoring & Compliance Officer Positions - 03) Age Max: 55	Master's or Bachelor's degree (4 Years) or equivalent from HEC recognized University Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC	Professional Experience Minimum 10 x Years Post Qualification Experience. Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies: Monitoring and compliance activities of the e-Sahulat franchisee network to ensure adherence to approved policies, procedures and operational standards. Implement monitoring and compliance mechanisms, checklists, SOPs and reporting frameworks. Ensure timely follow-up with regional team, franchisees and stakeholders for resolution of identified issues. Analyze operational and compliance data and provide periodic reports, summaries to the management. Monitor franchisee performance and identify trends, recurring issues, risks and areas requiring management intervention. Coordination with regional team to ensure smooth implementation of compliance SOPs. To ensure achievement of departmental objectives with timelines. Review official correspondence, reports, presentations and communications related to monitoring, compliance. Represent the department in relevant meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on assigned matters. Any other duty assigned by reporting officer.

Job Location: Across Pakistan

Selected candidate will be hired initially for contract period of 3 x year (extendable if required) and will be on 6-month probation period.
Management reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process, and accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.

Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
5 years' relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.
Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview.
