The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (Daanish Schools Authority) has announced new vacancies for Principals and Teaching Staff on a contract basis. Applications are invited from qualified, motivated, and dedicated professionals from all over Pakistan, including Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB).

Principal Contract: 2 Years (extendable for further 2 years on satisfactory performance)
Teacher Contract: 3 Years (extendable on satisfactory performance)

A. Principal Vacancies

Principal - 05 Posts (01 for each school)

Scale / Package: BS-20 equivalent pay package + one (01) extra basic pay per month
Qualification: Minimum 16 years education, Master's degree (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience: Minimum 17 years experience as a Principal or senior faculty member, preferably in a reputable institution
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and managerial capabilities with ability to command / inspire
- In-depth knowledge of school administration and holistic grooming of faculty & students
- Proficiency in managing curriculum development, hiring of teachers and other ancillary duties
- Proficiency in English communication is required
Age Limit: Up to 63 years

B. Teaching Posts

All teaching posts have same scale and age criteria:

Scale: DS-16 + one additional basic pay
No. of Posts: 04 per school (02 Male / 02 Female) for each subject
Age Limit: Up to 50 years

List of Teaching Vacancies:

1. Mathematics Teacher - 16 years education (Master's / BS / BSc Hons / BA Hons) in Mathematics, min 2nd Division, CGPA 2.50/4.00 or 3.50/5.00. M.Ed/B.Ed will be given due advantage.
2. English Teacher - 16 years education in English Language / Literature / TEFL / TELL / TESOL. Sound knowledge of English grammar, excellent written & verbal communication skills.
3. Urdu Teacher - 16 years education in Urdu. Sound knowledge of Urdu grammar and composition.
4. Chemistry Teacher - 16 years education in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
5. Physics Teacher - 16 years education in Physics.
6. Biology Teacher - 16 years education in Biology / Biological Sciences.
7. Islamiyat Teacher - 16 years education in Islamiyat / Islamic Studies / Shahadat-ul-Alamia from Wafaq-ul-Madaris / Tanzeem-ul-Madaris. M.Ed/B.Ed and courses in Islamiyat/Arabic will be given due advantage.
8. Social Studies Teacher - 16 years education in History / Social Studies / Pakistan Studies / International Relations / Political Science.
9. General Science Teacher - 18 years education in Biology / Physics / Chemistry.
10. Computer Science Teacher - 16 years education in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering / MCS (IT).
11. Fine Arts Teacher - 16 years education in Fine Arts.
12. Geography Teacher - 16 years education in Geography.
13. Montessori / General Teacher - 16 years education in Relevant Master's degree. Montessori Training Diploma / Certificate will be given due advantage.

Note for all Teaching Posts: Good English communication skills are required. All degrees must be from HEC-recognized institutions.

Eligibility Criteria Common for All Posts

Candidates must have at least 2nd Division in their relevant degree
Where CGPA system is applicable, minimum CGPA 2.50 out of 4.00 or 3.50 out of 5.00 is required
M.Ed / B.Ed will be given due advantage for teaching posts
Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for test/interview
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview

Important Instructions / Selection Procedure

Recruitment shall be made purely on merit.
A Principal appointed by the Authority shall be liable to serve at any Daanish School anywhere in Pakistan.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel the process at any stage.
The recruitment process shall be conducted through the Education Testing Council (ETC), Higher Education Commission (HEC).
No hard-copy application shall be accepted unless specifically required by ETC/HEC.
Serving Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Body employees shall apply through proper channel and produce NOC.
It is mandatory to bring Original CNIC / Original Passport on test day along with Roll No. Slip issued by ETC.
Taking mobile, calculator, or any electronic device inside the test center and sharing question book images is strictly prohibited.

Interested candidates must register themselves on the official ETC portal: http://etc.hec.gov.pk
Create your profile and fill in all required information correctly with due diligence.
Do not provide a mobile number that is ported from the original network company.
Complete the online application and press the "SUBMIT" button before 4:00 PM on the closing date mentioned on the portal.
Only SUBMITTED applications will be considered. Applications in SAVE or INCOMPLETE mode will not be entertained.
Application fee of Rs. 1,200/- must be paid through 1Link / 1Bill Invoice Payment Service using the generated consumer number.
After depositing the fee, click on "Verify Online Payment" on your ETC Dashboard.
Check your personal details (Name, CNIC, Cell Number) before submitting. Candidates with mismatch between CNIC and application data will not be allowed to sit in the test.
Candidates who applied using CNIC of parents/siblings/relatives will not be allowed to sit in the test.
Email/SMS will be sent for exam date, time and venue. Provide a valid email/mobile number.
