OFFICE ORDER

No. SO(A-I)-H-5(1)/2025

Having been recommended by the Departmental Selection Committee and subsequent approval of Competent Authority, the following individuals are hereby appointed as ECG Technician in 50 Bedded Cardiac Hospital Gilgit, Health Department Gilgit-Baltistan on fixed pay @ 45000/- per month with immediate effect up to 30th June, 2027:

Terms and Conditions:

1. Join duty station along with medical fitness certificate and character antecedents within (07) days of issuance. In case of non-joining, appointment stand cancelled and treated as terminated.
2. Temporary on fixed pay - not regulated under Civil Servants Service rules, Health Department reserves right to discontinue/terminate upon one-month prior notice. No claim for extension or regularization in any court.
3. DDO concerned shall process pay after physical joining at station.
4. No leave except medical leave 30 days/year + 2 days casual/month + 90 days maternity leave for females on proper channel.
5. Absenteeism pay deduction by DDO concerned.
6. Appointment specific for 50 Bedded Cardiac Hospital Gilgit - no posting/transfer to other stations.
7. Services may be extended subject to availability of funds and satisfactory performance, else terminated.
