VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT - PSDP Project - Contract Basis

The Provincial Government received funds from Federal Government for implementation of PSDP project "Establishment of Mountaineering Institute at Shigar". Office of the Project Director with approval of Secretary Tourism, Sport & Culture Department GB vide letter No.STSC-Dev-2(3)/2026-27 dated 11th August, 2026 intends to hire professional/supporting staff purely on contract basis having domicile of Gilgit-Baltistan for smooth functioning of Project Management Unit (PMU).

Available Posts - 05 Vacancies (PPS Scale)

• 1. Assistant Resident Engineer - 01 Post (PPS-07)
  Qualification: B.Sc Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University, duly registered with PEC
  Experience: Minimum (5-7) years in civil engineering field. Relevant experience of Building Projects / PSDP Projects shall be preferred
  Age Limit: 35 Years | Domicile: Gilgit-Baltistan Only
• 2. Assistant Quantity Surveyor - 01 Post (PPS-04)
  Qualification: B.Sc Civil Engineering / DAE / B.Tech (Civil) from HEC recognized University/College duly registered with PEC / Institute accredited by Technical Board
  Experience: Minimum (3-5) years in Civil Engineering projects OR (5-7) years post Diploma experience. Relevant experience as AQS/QS in Building/PSDP projects preferred
  Age Limit: 35 Years | Domicile: Gilgit-Baltistan Only
• 3. Senior Accounts Clerk - 01 Post (PPS-04)
  Qualification: BBA / B.Com from HEC recognized University/College
  Experience: Minimum (3-5) years in relevant field and capable to handling account matters of PSDP/Development projects
  Age Limit: 35 Years | Domicile: Gilgit-Baltistan Only
• 4. Cashier - 01 Post (PPS-03)
  Qualification: BA / B.Com from HEC recognized University/College
  Experience: Minimum (3) years in relevant field and capable to handling account matters of PSDP/Development projects
  Age Limit: 35 Years | Domicile: Gilgit-Baltistan Only
• 5. Chowkidar - 01 Post (PPS-01)
  Qualification: Primary / Middle
  Experience: Not required
  Age Limit: 35 Years | Domicile: Gilgit-Baltistan Only
