Applications are invited from eligible candidates as per the eligibility criteria mentioned against the below project position in the "Establishment of Project Planning & Development Unit (PPDU)", Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Islamabad. The position is to be filled purely on contract basis as per the project pay package as admissible for the PSDP-funded Project staff. The contract will be extended annually, upon satisfactory performance, till the life of the project.

Post Details – M&E Specialist PPS-10
Position: Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist – M&E Specialist (PPS-10)
No of Posts: 01 Post – Merit (All Pakistan)
Scale: PPS-10 (Project Pay Scale-10) – PSDP Funded Project Package – High Salary Package
Project: Establishment of Project Planning & Development Unit (PPDU), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Islamabad
Contract: Purely on contract basis – extended annually upon satisfactory performance till life of the project
Age Limit: Minimum 35 years and above – Experienced professional required
Location: Islamabad – Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, 2nd Floor, Block D, Pak. Secretariat, Islamabad
Qualification Required
• Master / Bachelors in relevant field or Equivalent from HEC recognized institute / university
Master Degree / Bachelors (Hons) i.e. 16-Years Education
Relevant fields: Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Economics, Statistics, Education, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies or relevant field (as per detailed TORs on Ministry website)
Experience Required
• Minimum 10 Years of Post-Qualification Experience in the relevant domain
Experience in M&E, project planning, development, PSDP projects, data analysis, reporting, evaluation frameworks, KPIs, logical frameworks
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
