Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit: Graduates aged 21 - 28 years as on closing date.
2. Education: Graduates with a relevant degree obtained within the last two years. Relevant fields include Tourism, Hospitality, Archaeology, History, Museology, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, Arts, and related disciplines.
3. Domicile: Punjab domicile holders will be given preference as per CM Punjab Internship Program policy.
4. Skills: Good communication skills in English and Urdu. Passion for tourism, culture, and heritage. Computer literacy preferred.

Selection Process
1. Online Application Screening: Based on eligibility - age 21-28, degree within last 2 years, relevant field
2. Merit List: District-wise merit based on academic record and relevance of degree
3. Interview: Shortlisted candidates may be called for interview at divisional level
4. Final Selection: 1,000 interns selected in 1st Batch. Remaining 3,000 in subsequent batches
5. Orientation: Selected interns attend orientation and training before placement
