Eligibility Criteria
1. Education: Nursing, Paramedical or Allied Health Diploma/Degree from a recognized board, council or university. Minimum 2nd Division required.
2. Domicile: Must possess domicile of Punjab. Only Punjab domicile holders eligible.
3. Age Limit: 18 - 30 Years as on closing date. Age relaxation as per Government of Punjab policy.
4. Gender: Male and Female candidates can apply. Rescue 1122 encourages female participation.

- Pre-Hospital Emergency Care: CPR, BLS, ALS, Trauma management, Patient handling
- Ambulance Operations: Emergency vehicle operations, equipment handling, communication systems
- Fire & Rescue: Fire fighting, building collapse rescue, water rescue, height rescue
- Disaster Management: Flood rescue, earthquake response, mass casualty management
- Community Training: Conduct First Aid trainings in schools, colleges, communities
- Control Room Operations: Emergency call handling, dispatch systems, coordination
Expected Salary After Permanent Selection
Emergency Medical Technician BPS-12: Rs. 45,000 - 65,000/month + Risk Allowance + Medical + Pension
Rescue Driver BPS-07: Rs. 35,000 - 50,000/month + Allowances
Fire Rescuer BPS-11: Rs. 42,000 - 60,000/month + Risk Allowance
Computer Wireless Operator BPS-12: Rs. 45,000 - 65,000/month
Total Package: With allowances, medical, pension contribution - Rs. 55,000 - 85,000/month equivalent value
Future Career Path in Rescue 1122
EMT BPS-12 → Senior EMT BPS-14 → Shift Incharge BPS-16 → Station Coordinator BPS-17 → District Emergency Officer BPS-18 → Deputy Director BPS-19
Promotions based on service, performance, and departmental exams. Can reach BPS-19 in 15-20 years with salary Rs. 250,000 - 400,000/month.

Selection Process
1. Written Test: CTS will conduct MCQs test - General Knowledge, English, Pakistan Studies, Islamic Studies, Basic Medical/First Aid, IQ
2. Physical & Medical Test: Height, weight, chest, eyesight, running test. Medically fit candidates proceed
3. Interview: Final interview by Rescue 1122 selection board
4. Training: Selected interns undergo 2-3 months training at Emergency Services Academy
5. Posting: After training, posted to Rescue 1122 stations across Punjab districts
