Eligibility Criteria – Cluster Manager MCB Islamic Bank 2026
1. Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university is required. A postgraduate degree or MBA will be preferred
2. Experience: Minimum 6-7 years of relevant banking experience
3. Skills: Strong leadership, branch management, business development, and team handling skills expected for cluster level role
Key Responsibilities – Cluster Manager MCB Islamic
1. Manage Multiple Branches: Oversee operations of a cluster of MCB Islamic branches in assigned city
2. Business Growth: Drive deposits, financing, and fee-based income targets for the cluster
3. Team Leadership: Lead Branch Managers and staff to achieve KPIs and service standards
4. Compliance: Ensure Shariah compliance and SBP regulatory adherence across all branches
5. Customer Service: Maintain service quality and Islamic banking standards
6. Portfolio Management: Monitor branch profitability, NPLs, and risk parameters
