Key Responsibilities – Business Manager HBL Currency Exchange Lahore
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories
2. Visit potential corporate and retail clients to pitch exchange products and services
3. Generate and convert leads into active business relationships
4. Achieve monthly business acquisition and revenue targets
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
6. Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
7. Promote brand awareness and increase market presence
8. Maintain daily visit logs and business pipeline reports
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements – HBL Currency Exchange Business Manager 2026
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree – Business, Marketing, Finance preferred
2. Experience: Experience in sales, business development, banking, exchange or financial services preferred
3. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability: Ability to work independently and achieve targets
5. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the city
