Role of Chief Executive Officer – KADO Leadership Job Hunza 2026
1. Strategic Leadership: Lead KADO’s overall vision, mission, and strategy for sustainable development and social impact in GB and Chitral. Align programs with SDGs and regional development priorities.
2. Innovation & Entrepreneurship: Foster ideas and create opportunities through startup incubation, social enterprise, and innovation hubs. Strengthen entrepreneurship ecosystem in Gilgit-Baltistan.
3. Women Empowerment: Design and scale programs empowering women, transforming lives, and ensuring gender equity in economic and social spheres.
4. Disability Inclusion & Empowerment (DIEI): Ensure equal opportunities for all. Mainstream disability inclusion in all KADO projects and operations.
5. Sustainable Development: Lead climate resilience, environmental protection, and community-based natural resource management in the Karakoram region.
6. Partnerships & Fundraising: Build partnerships with government, donors, INGOs, and private sector. Mobilize resources for program expansion across Hunza, Gilgit, Skardu, and Chitral.
7. Organizational Development: Strengthen KADO’s governance, HR, finance, and MEAL systems. Build a high-performing team aligned with KADO values.
Eligibility Criteria – KADO CEO Jobs 2026 Hunza
1. Education: Master’s degree preferred in Development Studies, Public Policy, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, or related field from HEC recognized university. International degree an asset.
2. Experience: 10+ years of senior leadership experience in development sector, INGOs, social enterprises, or public sector. Proven track record in program management, strategic leadership, and organizational growth.
3. Skills: Strong vision for social impact, sustainable development, and inclusive growth. Expertise in fundraising, donor relations, financial management, and team leadership. Knowledge of Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral context preferred.
4. Core Competencies: Innovation, entrepreneurship development, women empowerment, disability inclusion, stakeholder management, and policy advocacy.

Salary and Benefits – KADO Chief Executive Officer Hunza GB
1. Salary Range: Competitive market-based salary for NGO leadership in Pakistan. Estimated PKR 600,000 to 900,000 per month based on experience and qualifications. Negotiable for exceptional candidates.
2. Contract Type: Contractual position, renewable based on performance and funding. Initial contract 2-3 years.
