Important Requirements
- NUMS MDCAT Mandatory: Candidates must appear in NUMS Entry Test - MDCAT 2026. Without NUMS MDCAT, application will not be considered
- Online Entry of MDCAT Marks: Online Entry of MDCAT marks within a week after announcement of result is compulsory on joinpakarmy portal
- Minimum 70% in FSc: Candidates with less than 70% marks in FSc Pre-Medical are not eligible
- A Level Equivalence: A Level students must have Biology, Physics, Chemistry with minimum Grade C. IBCC equivalence certificate required
Selection Process
- Online Registration: Register at www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk
- Intelligence/Academic Test: Computerized written test of Intelligence and Academic subjects - English, Biology, Physics, Chemistry
- Physical Test: 1.6 km run in 8 minutes, push-ups 15, sit-ups 15, chin-ups 3, ditch crossing
- Initial Medical: Initial medical examination at AS&RCs
- ISSB: Shortlisted candidates will be called for ISSB tests and interviews
- Final Medical: Final medical examination at nearest CMH
- Final Merit: Merit list prepared based on NUMS MDCAT, FSc marks, ISSB performance, and medical fitness

Training & Bond

Important Instructions
- Dual nationality holders must surrender foreign nationality before joining
- Candidates withdrawn from any Academy/Training Institution of Armed Forces on disciplinary grounds are ineligible
- Candidates dismissed/removed from Govt Service are ineligible
- Convicted by Court of Law for moral turpitude are ineligible
- Candidates must not be married before joining
- Bring original documents at time of test/interview
- No TA/DA will be admissible
