BRANCH MANAGER
Faysal Bank Limited, one of Pakistan's leading Islamic and conventional banks, is hiring Branch Managers for multiple cities across Pakistan.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university
- Preferred Fields: Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Banking or related disciplines
- Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant experience within banking industry
- Experience Area: Branch banking, operations, sales, relationship management, or credit
Key Responsibilities
As Branch Manager at Faysal Bank, you will:
- Execute measures to achieve and manage the branch's profitability - Drive deposits, advances, and fee income targets
- Develop new business relationships and deepen existing customer relationships - Acquire HNW clients, SMEs, and corporate accounts
- Facilitate cross-selling of the Bank's products and services - Deposits, consumer finance, bancassurance, digital banking, Roshan Digital Account
- Ensure the provision of a high level of customer service and experience - Lead front-line team to deliver Faysal Bank service standards
- Maintain a high-quality portfolio to minimize potential losses to the Bank - Monitor NPLs, ensure sound credit appraisal
- Ensure compliance with the Bank's internal policies and regulatory requirements - SBP regulations, AML/CFT, Shariah compliance for Islamic branches
- Team Leadership: Manage branch staff, operations manager, CSOs, ROs, and cash officers
- Audit & Risk: Ensure satisfactory audit ratings and control environment
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of product and market dynamics - Understanding of deposit, lending, and fee-based products
- Excellent relationship management skills - Ability to build and retain customer relationships
- Strong knowledge of the Bank's products/services - Conventional and Islamic banking products
- Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to lead branch teams of 10-25 staff
- Sales & Business Development: Track record of achieving branch targets
- Compliance Knowledge: SBP Prudential Regulations, KYC/AML, Shariah compliance
- Digital Banking: Familiarity with mobile banking, internet banking, and digital onboarding
Salary & Benefits - Expected
