FEDERAL PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION has issued an important PUBLIC NOTICE dated Islamabad the 15th April, 2026 regarding the CONDUCT OF EXAMS/TESTS BY FPSC W.E.F. 25.4.2026. All registered candidates are informed that FPSC will hold exams/tests for various cases from 25.4.2026 to 06.5.2026.

FPSC Exams/Test Schedule – Phase-I/2026
Federal Public Service Commission will hold exams/tests in the following cases from 25.4.2026 to 06.5.2026:
Case Numbers: F.4-30/2024-R, F.4-166/2025-R, F4-1/2026-R to F4-63/2026-R. A total of 65 cases are included in this Phase-I/2026 schedule. These cases cover multiple posts advertised by FPSC in 2024, 2025, and 2026 across various federal ministries, divisions, and departments.

Important Instructions for Candidates
1. Admission Certificates: For above scheduled exams/tests, Admission Certificates of all registered candidates and Time Table etc., have been uploaded on FPSC's website www.fpsc.gov.pk.
2. Download Admission Slip: The candidates are advised to visit FPSC's website to get print out of their respective Admission Certificates and to appear at the allocated centres according to the scheduled date and time.
3. Original CNIC Mandatory: Candidates must appear at the allocated centres along with their Original CNIC. Photocopy or other ID will not be accepted. Without original CNIC, entry will be denied.
4. Check Case Number: Candidates should verify their case number from the list F.4-30/2024-R to F4-63/2026-R and match it with their application to confirm exam date and time.
How to Download FPSC Admission Certificate 2026
Step 1: Visit FPSC official website www.fpsc.gov.pk
Step 2: Click on "Admission Certificates" or "Examination" section.
Step 3: Select "Phase-I/2026" and enter your CNIC number or Tracking ID.
Step 4: Download and print your Admission Certificate. It contains roll number, test center, date, time, and instructions.
Step 5: Read the instructions on admission slip carefully regarding reporting time, items allowed, and banned items.
What to Bring on Test Day
1. Original CNIC: Mandatory for identity verification. No entry without original CNIC.
2. Admission Certificate: Printed copy downloaded from www.fpsc.gov.pk.
3. Stationery: Black/blue ballpoint, clipboard if allowed. Check instructions on admission slip.
4. Reporting Time: Reach test center at least 30 minutes before reporting time mentioned on slip.
Note: Mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, and electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside exam halls.

Important Notes for FPSC Candidates
1. Test Dates: Exams will be held from 25 April 2026 to 06 May 2026. Your specific date is mentioned on your admission certificate.
2. Multiple Centers: Tests are simultaneous in 13 cities. You will appear only at the center allocated on your slip.
3. Case Numbers: This notice covers 65 cases from F.4-30/2024-R to F4-63/2026-R. If you applied against any of these cases, check FPSC website now.
4. No Separate Intimation: FPSC will not send SMS or email. Candidates must download admission slips themselves.
5. Discipline: Follow FPSC exam rules. Any violation leads to disqualification and ban from future FPSC exams.
About FPSC Phase-I/2026 Exams
Phase-I/2026 covers screening tests, written tests, and descriptive tests for various BS-16 to BS-21 posts advertised by FPSC. These include posts in Federal Ministries, Divisions, FIA, IB, Railways, Postal Group, Commerce, Information, Education, Health, and other departments. Candidates who qualify this phase will be called for interviews/descriptive tests in next phases.
