Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC), Programme Management Directorate, Islamabad has issued a PUBLIC NOTICE vide No.F.1-1/2026-P.M dated 16th April, 2026 regarding POSTPONEMENT OF INTERVIEWS VIDE INTERVIEW PROGRAM 51/2026 & 55/2026 due to administrative reasons.
As per the notice, interviews scheduled at Islamabad Centre from 20.4.2026 (Monday) to 23.4.2026 (Thursday) under Interview Program No. 51/2026 and interviews scheduled at Karachi Centre from 27.4.2026 (Monday) to 30.4.2026 (Thursday) under Interview Program No. 55/2026 have been postponed.

Important Instructions from FPSC
1. Reason for Postponement: Interviews for both programs are postponed due to administrative reasons. No further detail has been provided by FPSC.
2. Other Centres Unaffected: Interviews at all other centers will continue without any change as per schedule.
3. Rescheduling: The candidates will be informed about the rescheduled dates in due course of time. FPSC will issue a revised interview program later.
4. No Need to Contact: Candidates are advised not to visit FPSC offices. Revised schedules will be uploaded on www.fpsc.gov.pk and intimation will be sent via SMS/post.

What Should Candidates Do Now?
1. Do Not Travel: If your interview was scheduled between 20-23 April 2026 at Islamabad or 27-30 April 2026 at Karachi, do not travel to the centre.
2. Keep Documents Ready: Continue your interview preparation. Keep original documents, experience certificates, and CNIC safe for rescheduled date.
3. Check FPSC Website: Regularly visit www.fpsc.gov.pk and check the “Interview Program” section for revised schedule.
4. SMS Alert: FPSC usually sends SMS to shortlisted candidates on their registered mobile numbers once new dates are fixed.
5. Avoid Rumors: Only trust notifications issued by FPSC Programme Management Directorate. No other source is authentic.

FPSC conducts interviews under different Interview Programs throughout the year. Each program contains multiple cases/posts clubbed together by centre and date. Interview Program 51/2026 was for Islamabad centre and 55/2026 for Karachi centre.
