📌 Job Overview
MFF is currently hiring a qualified and compassionate Speech & Language Pathologist / Therapist to join its therapy team. The selected candidate will work closely with children and families to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments for children and individuals with communication challenges
- Develop personalized therapy plans based on assessment outcomes
- Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support treatment goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Use evidence-based practices and modern therapy tools
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech & Language Pathology
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in assessment and therapy planning
- Ability to document and track progress effectively
- Empathy, patience, and a child-centered approach
