About the Role
We’re seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate health activities in the field. This includes managing mobile clinics, outreach programs, and ensuring adherence to technical protocols and guidelines. You’ll build strong relationships with community leaders, local health facilities, and other stakeholders while monitoring service delivery and activity outcomes in assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate health activities like mobile clinics and outreach.
- Ensure adherence to technical protocols and guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with community leaders and local health facilities.
- Monitor service delivery, attendance, and activity outcomes.
- Ensure proper use and management of field supplies (medical, nutrition, etc.).
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of supplies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in public health, nursing, social sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in field supervision, preferably in humanitarian or development settings.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to travel frequently, and familiarity with community-based health programs.
- Asset: Knowledge of local languages and culture is a big plus!
