A degree in MBBS or a Master’s in Social Sciences, Health, or Project Management from a recognized institution. Candidates must have 7–10 years of experience in project management, proposal development, and working with international or multilateral organizations. - Key Skills: Strategic planning, donor engagement, and program evaluation.
2. Program Manager (Badin)
The Program Manager will coordinate various FP&SRH programs at the Badin office. This role demands innovative problem-solving skills and effective communication.
- Qualification Requirements:
A degree in MBBS or a Master’s in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in program management, report writing, and proposal development.
3. Nursing Supervisor (Gilgit)

A Diploma in LHV with 2–3 years of experience in reproductive health services and community outreach.
6. Medical Technician (Gilgit)

A Diploma in a medical field with 3+ years of experience in ICU or related settings.
7. Medical Attendant (Gilgit)
The Medical Attendant will support the healthcare teams in delivering high-quality FP&SRH services.
- Qualification Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in the social sector, specifically in roles related to reproductive health and rights.
