The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) is now requesting the following candidates, listed by their names and roll numbers, to submit their documents to determine their eligibility for the next stages of the recruitment process.

Required Documents:

To proceed with the eligibility determination, the candidates are required to submit the following documents within 15 days of this notice being published on the FPSC website:

  1. Bio-data Form:

    • Download and fill out the bio-data form from the FPSC’s official website. Ensure that all fields are completed accurately and the form is duly signed.
  2. Photographs:

    • Provide two recent passport-sized photographs.
  3. Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC):

    • Submit a valid CNIC, which should be attested by an authorized officer with their name stamp.
  4. Self Domicile Certificate (SDC):

    • Provide your Self Domicile Certificate, duly attested.
  5. Educational Certificates:

    • Submit attested copies of your Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/Matric, showing your date of birth, and Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC)/Intermediate.
    • For O-level and A-level qualifications, an equivalence certificate from the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) is required.
  6. Degree and Transcripts:

    • Provide copies of your degree(s) and transcripts, including Result-Cards/DMCs showing the duration of the study period, credit hours, CGPA/Grade/Class, and the result declaration date. These documents must be issued by the Controller of Examination from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
  7. Equivalence Certificates:

    • If applicable, submit an equivalence certificate issued by HEC/PEC/PMC/PNC to authenticate the equivalence of the degree.
  8. Professional Registration:

    • Where applicable, provide valid registration with HEC/PEC/PMC/PNC or other relevant institutions.
  9. Experience Certificates:

    • Submit post-qualification experience certificates with a detailed job description and exact dates as per the FPSC’s format, available on their website.
  10. Departmental Permission Certificate (DPC):

    • Government servants must submit an original DPC, showing the exact date of appointment and domicile on the FPSC’s prescribed format. The DPC must be duly signed and stamped by the Head of the Department.
  11. Treasury Receipt (TR):

    • Provide the original Treasury Receipt (TR) for the application fee deposited on or before the advertisement's closing date.
  12. Medical Certificate and Proof of Age Relaxation:

    • If required or advertised, submit a medical certificate and proof of age relaxation.
