All candidates who submitted applications for the positions advertised by the Directorate of Archaeology and Museums, Gilgit-Baltistan, on May 25, 2024, are hereby informed that the verification and shortlisting of applications have been completed. The shortlisted candidates are notified that the test/interview will be conducted at the respective offices according to the following schedule. The list of shortlisted candidates can be viewed on the notice boards of the offices where the applications were submitted.

Candidates appearing for the test/interview must bring their original educational certificates, CNIC, and other required documents. The test/interview will be conducted in the district where the post is advertised, starting at 11 AM.
However, for candidates from the Skardu district, the test/interview will be held at the District Office of the Department of Tourism and Culture, Skardu, at the specified time and date. The department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process without any prior notice.
