Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:
- MSc/MS/MA/M.Phil (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding M.Phil/PhD degrees.
Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management.
- At least 10 years of teaching experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Principal or Headmaster at any school.
