Job Description: The District Supervisor will play a crucial role in the effective implementation, coordination, and supervision of mobile health programs in the assigned districts. The selected candidate will work closely with the project coordinator to ensure all aspects of the health programs are efficiently managed. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementation and Coordination: Ensure the effective implementation, coordination, and supervision of mobile health programs by consulting with the project coordinator.
- Project Management: Manage project teams, monitor data collection, and report to the project coordinator.
- Training: Deliver training on Hayat application to Lady Health Workers (LHWs) and vaccinators if needed.
- Coordination: Coordinate with Lady Health Supervisors and District & Tehsil Supervisors of the EPI team.
- Data Collection: Ensure the complete collection of monthly timesheets from the project staff and share with Central HR.
- Reporting: Write comprehensive activity and progress reports as needed.
