Residents of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and refugees from Jammu and Kashmir (residing in Pakistan and Azad Kashmir) will be admitted to the above-mentioned diploma courses according to the quota allocated by the Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. In the absence of candidates according to the regional quota, admission will be on open merit.
Limited seats are reserved for candidates from the provinces of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Seats are reserved for departmental employees of Gilgit-Baltistan; however, fresh candidates are also eligible to apply. Employees of the Agriculture, Livestock, and Education departments of Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir, who are up to 35 years old and meet the other admission requirements, are eligible to apply for the reserved seats after obtaining departmental nomination and NOC from their respective departments.

The Extension Services Management Academy (ESMA) Garhi Dupatta invites applications for admission to the following diploma courses:

Conditions:
- Residents of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and refugees from Jammu and Kashmir (residing in Pakistan and Azad Kashmir) will be admitted to the above-mentioned diploma courses according to the quota allocated by the Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. In the absence of candidates according to the regional quota, admission will be on open merit.
- Limited seats are reserved for candidates from the provinces of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

- Employees of the Agriculture, Livestock, and Education departments of Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir, who are up to 35 years old and meet the other admission requirements, are eligible to apply for the reserved seats after obtaining departmental nomination and NOC from their respective departments.
- The three-year Diploma in Agricultural Sciences and the two-year Livestock Assistant Diploma are affiliated with the University of Agriculture Faisalabad. Therefore, all conditions of educational qualifications and age limits are according to the university rules, with no relaxation possible. The Diploma in Agricultural Sciences is equivalent to Intermediate, providing opportunities for further education.
- Candidates who are already enrolled in any other institution, board, or university will not be eligible for admission.
- Admission forms and other information (details of diploma courses / district / regional quota and hostel facilities) can be obtained from the institution upon showing the Matric mark sheet and certificates for verification and payment of PKR 500 cash from July 30, 2024, during office hours. Applications without the prescribed form available in the prospectus will not be accepted. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered, and photocopies of the admission form will not be accepted.
- Applications along with attested copies of educational certificates, permanent residence certificate, domicile certificate, B-form, father's CNIC, three attested copies of the character certificate from the last attended institution, six passport-sized photographs, and a medical fitness certificate issued by the DHO of the respective district must be submitted by September 2, 2024, during office hours. In case of submission by post, the complete application must be received by the institution before September 2, 2024.
- All candidates must appear before the admission committee for an interview on September 12, 2024, Thursday at 10:00 AM with their original educational certificates and other required documents. Candidates who fail to bring original educational certificates will not be included in the interview. Selected candidates must deposit the dues mentioned in the prospectus at the relevant bank and provide the challan at the time of admission. After admission, all candidates must provide the required documents (migration certificate from the relevant board, NOC in favor of the University of Agriculture Faisalabad, verified copies of Matric mark sheet and certificates from the relevant board, affidavit from the guardian stating that the student will abide by the rules and regulations of the institution) and the registration fee of the University of Agriculture Faisalabad to the Admission Department of ESMA Garhi Dupatta within 15 days. Failure to provide the required documents will result in the cancellation of admission.
- Separate call letters will not be issued for the interview scheduled on September 12, 2024, and no TA/DA will be given to the candidates for this purpose.
