1. Manager Education and Early Childhood Development (ECD)

Location: Regional Programme Office, Chitral

Position Overview: The Manager Education and ECD will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the educational and early childhood development initiatives within the region. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in educational management and early childhood education. The candidate will lead the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of education programs aimed at improving the educational outcomes for children in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for educational programs, focusing on early childhood development.
  • Coordinate with local schools, community leaders, and government authorities to promote educational initiatives.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify educational gaps and develop programs to address these needs.
  • Manage the recruitment, training, and professional development of teachers and ECD staff.

  • Familiarity with the cultural and social context of Chitral or similar regions is an advantage.

2. Office Assistant/IT Support (Female)

Location: Regional Programme Office, Gilgit

Position Overview: The Office Assistant/IT Support role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment and providing essential IT support to staff. This position is specifically aimed at female candidates to promote gender balance within the organization. The selected candidate will assist in administrative tasks while also managing basic IT functions to support the office's daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Support IT functions such as troubleshooting basic computer issues, setting up workstations, and managing software updates.
