Announcement: Master Trainers Required

We're on the lookout for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our project team as Master Trainers for an important project focusing on child protection. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to creating a safer environment for children across various regions of Pakistan. We invite applications from qualified candidates to fill the following positions on a contract basis:

Position: Master Trainer (15 positions in total)

Locations:

Punjab: 3 positions
Sindh: 3 positions
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 3 positions
Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT): 1 position
Gilgit-Baltistan (GB): 1 position
Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK): 1 position

Duration:

9 months

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs focused on child protection and safeguarding.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions for various stakeholders, including teachers, social workers, and community leaders.
Design and distribute training materials and resources.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Work closely with project coordinators to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees post-training to ensure the implementation of learned practices.
Compile detailed reports on training activities and outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in training and capacity building, preferably in the field of child protection or related areas.
Strong knowledge of child protection policies, practices, and legislation.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in developing training materials and using various training methodologies.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned province or region.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
Commitment to child rights and protection.
