2. Assistant Director / IT Operations Engineer (EG-01)
- BS/BE in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Information Technology or an equivalent field.
- At least 2nd Division, with a minimum of 16 years of education.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience managing IT operations in a large organization.
- Experience installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system-management tools.
- Good knowledge of networks and cloud computing.
- Ability to monitor and test applications to ensure optimized performance.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage helpdesk services and provide user guidance and technical support.
- Experience managing vendor contracts, including service-level agreements (SLAs) and software licences.
- Ability to manage IT procurement, including hardware analysis and preparation of requests for proposals (RFPs).
3. Assistant Director IT (Technology Transformation) (EG-01)
- BS/BE in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Information Technology or Business Studies, with at least 2nd Division and a minimum of 16 years of education.
- Alternatively, a BBA in Business Analytics or Information Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in market research and analysis of cutting-edge IT technologies.
- Ability to assess an organization's current and future needs and recommend IT-driven solutions.
- Understanding of PRRA Rules and EPADS is required.
- Good knowledge of logistics and tender procedures in a public-sector organization.
- Ability to conduct feasibility studies, prepare RFPs and carry out financial and technical analysis.
- Proficiency in preparing and managing contracts, with knowledge of project management and documentation.
- Familiarity with audit procedures and preparation of replies to audit observations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an understanding of industry trends.
4. Assistant Director IT (Cyber Security) (EG-01)
- BS/BE in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Security, Information Technology or an equivalent field.
- At least 2nd Division, with a minimum of 16 years of education.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in cyber security operations.
- Thorough understanding of information-security standards, including ISO/IEC 27001 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Ability to conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, vulnerability assessments and penetration-testing exercises.
- Ability to implement, monitor and maintain information-security policies, procedures and standards in line with ISO/IEC 27001 and organizational requirements.
- Familiarity with audit procedures and preparation of replies to audit observations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
5. Assistant Director IT (Software Development — Full Stack) (EG-01)
- BS/BE in Information Technology, Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- At least 2nd Division, with a minimum of 16 years of education.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in full-stack development using ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, VB.NET, Python, Angular, React and Flutter in a reputable organization.
- Practical experience in DevOps, CI/CD, containerization using Docker/Kubernetes and version control using Git.
- Strong working knowledge of software quality assurance (SQA) methodologies, automated testing tools and SDLC practices.
- Experience in database design and management using SQL/NoSQL and integration of APIs with enterprise applications.
- Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
