Min 16 years education / Master's in Civil Eng, Project Mgmt, Management Sciences, Public Admin, Business Admin, Development Studies from HEC university. Min 20 years post-qualification experience including 5 years at senior level (PPS-10/BPS-20+). Must served as PD/PM for 2 projects of Rs. 2.00 Billion+ each. Multi-site infrastructure/education, PC-I/PSDP, procurement, financial mgmt preferred.

Make sure you are eligible in all respects before appearing in test. Do not use parents/siblings/relatives CNIC - you will be barred from test.
