Having been recommended by the Departmental Selection Committee and subsequent approval of Competent Authority, Mr. Hasnain s/o Ghulam Murtaza is hereby appointed as Pharmacy Technician in 50 Bedded Cardiac Hospital Gilgit, Health Department Gilgit-Baltistan on fixed pay @ 45000/- per month with immediate effect up to 30th June, 2027 on terms and conditions mentioned below:

Terms and Conditions:

1. Will join duty station along with medical fitness certificate and character antecedents within (07) days of issuance. In case of non-joining, appointment stand cancelled and treated as terminated.
2. Appointment being temporary on fixed pay shall not be regulated under Civil Servants Service rules, hence Health Department reserves right to discontinue/terminate services upon one-month prior notice. Individual shall neither claim his extension nor regularization in any court of law or forum.
3. The DDO concerned shall process pay after physical joining at the station.
4. No leave admissible except medical leave on production of valid document for maximum 30 days in one year and two days casual leave per month.
5. In case of absenteeism, pay of absent period shall be deducted by DDO concerned.
6. Appointment is specific for 50 Bedded Cardiac Hospital Gilgit. No right for posting/transfer to any other duty stations.
7. Services may be extended subject to availability of funds and satisfactory performance. However services shall deem to be terminated if no such extension is granted.
