About Federal Medical College (FMC)
Federal Medical College (FMC), Islamabad is affiliated with Shaheed Zulfigar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU) and offers the MBBS programms.
Admission
FMC is open to eligible candidates from all over Pakistan on a provisional / regional quota basis, including such-for Gilgit-Baltistan, FATA, Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Islamabad. Seats are also available for children of Federal Government Employees and disabled students.
The applicant must have at least 65% marks in HSSC or an equivalent 12th grade qualification and at least 65% marks in the MDCAT conducted by P
M&DC, subject to the applicable admission regulations.

Eligibility — Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 65% marks in HSSC or F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent examination having minimum twelve years of education.
- Minimum 65% marks in the NMD/CAT conducted by PM&DC.
Seats Allocation in FMC
Candidates applying upon at a quota must submit the required document issued by the concerned authority, such as domicile certificate, Federal Government Employee Certificate, or disability certificate.
Candidates applying on the basis of domicile must also provide proof of residence / property / education or other tangible evidence of stay in the region of domicile.
