CAREER OPPORTUNITY AS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE OFFICER (MTO)

Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), a public sector listed company / State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) and the sole reinsurance entity of Pakistan, as a part of its commitment for capacity building of fresh graduates, is pleased to offer on the job training opportunity as 'Management Trainee Officer' initially for a period of one year. Applicants meeting below prescribed eligibility criteria will be required to appear for a written test to be conducted by Open Testing Service (OTS).

Management Trainee Officer (MTO)	10	Rs.70,000/-	a) Fresh graduates having Master's degree or 4 years bachelor's degree (16 years of education) from a local/foreign institute /university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan in field of Insurance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science / Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resource, or equivalent with at least 50% marks or 2 CGPA out of 4.0 CGPA / 3 CGPA out of 5.0 CGPA; OR b) Equivalent Professional qualification of ACII, CA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA and PIPFA.	27 Years (as on closing date of the advertisement)

Terms and Conditions:

1. Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited is an equal opportunity employer.
2. Computer Literacy is required for the MTO role and preference will be given to those candidates having exposure to ERP environment.
3. The appointment will initially be made as "Trainee". On satisfactory performance, completion of one year and subject to approval of competent authority, successful trainees will be offered job as "Management Associate" as per company policy.
4. The candidate shall not be entitled for any TA/DA while appearing for the written test/interview.
5. Original documents along with HEC verified testimonials will be required at the time of interview.
6. Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for interview and selection will be finalized as per the approved policy of the company.
7. Any efforts made to influence the recruitment and selection process will lead to disqualify the potential candidate, who may otherwise be qualified.
8. Incomplete / delayed applications or those not submitted as per above instructions shall not be considered.
9. PRCL reserves the right to stop the recruitment process without assigning any reason at any stage of the recruitment process.
