Eligibility & Experience
- Education: Master's Degree / M.Phil / PhD from HEC-recognized university.
- Academic Record: Must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in HSSC and 70% marks in BS/MS.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of teaching / educational management experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the APSACS system.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, academic planning and school management skills.
- Teaching Expertise: Sound knowledge of modern teaching-learning practices, assessment, curriculum implementation and teacher professional development.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and motivate teachers and students.
