Applications are invited from suitable male/female candidates for appointment to the following posts under the Election Commission of Pakistan through Online Recruitment System (ORS). Liable to serve anywhere in Pakistan.

Vacant Positions Detail

• 1. Senior Assistant (BS-15) - 10 Vacancies
  
  Age Limit: 18-28 Years (with 05 years general relaxation as per rules)
  Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Six (06) weeks basic IT training course (including MS Office) recognized by Government.

  Quota Breakup: Merit-01 | Punjab-04 (including Woman and Non-Muslim Minority-01, Woman-01) | Sindh (U)-03 | Sindh (R)-02
  Place of Posting: Liable to serve anywhere in Pakistan
• 2. Sub Assistant (BS-11) - 06 Vacancies
  
  Age Limit: 18-25 Years (with 05 years general relaxation as per rules)
  Qualification & Experience:

  • Matric
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Three (03) weeks basic IT training course (including MS Office) recognized by Government.

  Quota Breakup: Merit-01 | Punjab-02 | Sindh (U)-01 | Sindh (R)-01 | KP-01
  Place of Posting: Liable to serve anywhere in Pakistan

Total Posts: 16 (Senior Assistant 10 + Sub Assistant 06)

• All interested candidates may apply through ECP's Online Recruitment System (ORS) by visiting website www.ecp.gov.pk or jobs.ecp.gov.pk within 20 days of printing of advertisement in newspapers.
• Relaxation of upper age limit including 05 years general relaxation over and above prescribed age limit shall also be admissible under Initial Appointment to Civil posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993.
• Persons already in Government Service should apply through proper channel.
• Basic IT training course / certification is mandatory for the said posts duly recognized and affiliated from the Government.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test / interview.
• Only short-listed candidates will be called for test / interview.
• The Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease number of vacancies or cancel recruitment process altogether at any stage without assigning any reason(s).
• The Competent Authority reserves right to cancel process of recruitment of advertised post partially or totally without assigning any reason.
• Applications received after cut-off date shall not be entertained.
