Expected Qualification & Experience – AKHS,P Jobs

1. District Supervisor / Coordinator: Master's/Bachelor's in Public Health, Social Sciences, or Management. 3-5 years experience in health project coordination, team supervision, and field operations. Strong leadership and reporting skills.
2. Quality Assurance Officer: Bachelor's/Master's in Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related field. Experience in healthcare quality standards, monitoring, and compliance. Knowledge of health protocols preferred.
3. Data Officer: Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. Proficiency in MS Excel, data entry, data management software, and reporting. 1-2 years experience preferred.
4. Lady Health Visitor (LHV): Diploma in LHV from recognized Nursing Council. Valid registration. 1-2 years experience in community health, maternal & child health preferred. Only for Gilgit position.
5. Driver: Middle/Matric pass. Valid LTV/HTV driving license. 2-3 years driving experience. Knowledge of Gilgit/Chitral routes preferred.
6. Office Support Staff: Matric/Intermediate. Basic computer knowledge and office work experience preferred. Supportive and clerical roles.
7. Security Guard: Middle pass. Physical fitness required. Ex-armed forces personnel preferred. Security experience will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities – Aga Khan Health Service
District Supervisor/Coordinator: Oversee district health operations, coordinate field teams, ensure project implementation, liaison with government and community stakeholders.
Quality Assurance Officer: Monitor healthcare service quality, ensure compliance with AKHS,P standards, conduct facility audits, and prepare QA reports.
Data Officer: Manage health data collection, entry, analysis, and reporting. Maintain databases and support M&E activities.
Lady Health Visitor: Provide community-based maternal and child healthcare, conduct home visits, health education, and immunization support.
Driver: Safe transportation of staff, supplies, and patients. Vehicle maintenance and logbook management.
Office Support Staff: Administrative support, filing, record keeping, and general office duties.
