U Bank is hiring CSOs for the following 18 branches across Pakistan:
Punjab: Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Dera Ghazi Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Hasilpur, Lahore, Layyah, Multan, Sahiwal, Sargodha
Sindh: Hyderabad, Karachi, Kunri, Larkana, Sukkur
KPK: Peshawar
Federal: Islamabad
Eligibility Criteria for Customer Service Officer at U Bank
1. Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized university. Preferred degrees: BBA, B.Com, BA, BSc, M.Com, MBA, Banking & Finance, Economics.
2. Age Limit: Typically 22-30 years. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Age relaxation as per U Bank policy.
3. Experience: Fresh candidates can apply. 0-2 years experience in banking, customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
4. Skills Required: Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English. Customer-centric attitude, problem-solving skills, basic computer literacy MS Office, and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities of CSO - U Bank
- Customer Handling: Greet customers, understand their banking needs, and provide solutions for account opening, deposits, withdrawals, remittances
- Account Opening: Process new account opening for savings, current, and Asaan accounts. Ensure KYC/AML compliance as per SBP regulations
- Product Sales: Cross-sell U Bank products - UPaisa mobile wallet, micro-loans, insurance, debit cards, and digital banking services
- Cash Handling: Process cash transactions, maintain cash limits, balance cash at day end as per branch requirements
- Customer Complaints: Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently. Escalate complex issues to Branch Manager
- Digital Banking: Educate customers on Ubank Digital App and UPaisa App. Drive digital adoption and financial inclusion
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly targets for account opening, deposits, and product sales assigned by branch management
- Compliance: Follow SBP regulations, U Bank policies, and maintain confidentiality of customer data
