Eligibility Criteria
1. Education: Fresh Graduates / Final Year Students in Relevant Disciplines
For Plant Site: Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial; Management Sciences - HR, Supply Chain; Sciences - Chemistry, Physics
For Sales & Marketing: Fresh Business/Agrarian Graduates - BBA, MBA, M.Com, BSc Hons Agriculture, Agri-Business, Marketing
2. Skills: Good communication skills, analytical ability, team player, willingness to learn, MS Office proficiency
3. Commitment: Must be available for full 4-6 weeks duration. Plant site interns must be willing to work at industrial location.
