1. Counter Service Officer (CSO) – Job Description
Position: CSO
Department: Commercial & Retail Banking
Location: Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling of Teller Services at Counters.
2. Ensure strict compliance to SBP / HO instructions.
3. Handle all types of clearing/collection i.e. Inward, Outward, Same day, Intercity, local bills, foreign bills etc.
4. Issuance of Banker Cheques & FDD / FTT on customer’s request while fulfilling all required formalities.
5. Ensure that KYC & AML guidelines (if applicable) are fulfilled before processing the transaction.
2. Relationship Manager (RM) – Job Description
Position: RM
Department: Commercial & Retail Banking
Location: Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for facilitating business growth through sale of liability products.
2. Manage & monitor portfolio attrition.
3. Retain & grow banking relationships in a profitable manner and in-line with assigned business growth targets.
4. Generate business through local sales promotion & outdoor marketing calls to potential customers.
5. Must be fully conversant and up-to-date in the banking products and market knowledge.
6. Ensure adherence to all regulatory & legal requirements set by SBP & Soneri Bank.
7. Ensure confidentiality of customer record.
8. Initiate, develop and establish strong relationships with customers in order to market and promote bank's products to increase revenues of the branch.
