INVITATION OF APPLICATION
The Provincial Head Quarter - PHQ Teaching Hospital Gilgit is the largest premier hospital in Gilgit-Baltistan. The CPSP has fully accredited PHQ Teaching Hospital for FCPS-II training in multiple specialties. Seven batches of FCPS-II trainees are already under training. Now the hospital invites applications for induction of PG trainees - 8th Batch on the available seats.

Eligibility Criteria
- FCPS Part-I Passed: All those doctors who have passed their FCPS-1 exam can apply
- MBBS Degree: Must be registered with PMDC/PMC
- House Job: Completed one-year house job from PMDC recognized hospital
- PMDC Certificate: Valid permanent registration required
- Domicile: Preference to GB domicile, but open merit also considered
- NOC: Mandatory for doctors already in government/contract jobs

- Hostel Accommodation: Facility for male & female PGs separately in well-furnished buildings
- Well-equipped Library: All course related books and journals with 24 hours internet facility
- CPSP Accredited Training: Fully recognized for FCPS-II in Diagnostic Radiology, General Medicine, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Gynecology/Obs

- Stipend: Monthly stipend as per government policy for PG trainees

- Detailed CV
- MBBS Degree with mark sheets of all professional exams
- House Job Certificate
- FCPS Part-1 pass certificate
- CNIC copy
- PMDC Certificate - Permanent
- Domicile certificate
- No Objection Certificate - NOC from competent authority for regular and contractual on-job doctors. No application will be received without NOC
- 01 passport size color photograph

Important Notes
- FCPS-1 Mandatory: Only FCPS-1 pass doctors eligible. IMM cleared candidates preferred
- NOC Required: Government doctors must attach NOC. Applications without NOC will be rejected
- Merit Based: Selection on academic record, FCPS-1 marks, and interview
- Stipend Seats: All 11 seats are paid stipend seats as per GB government policy
- Bond: Selected candidates may be required to sign service bond as per hospital policy
