Recruitment Overview
As per SI No 3.15 ESTA Code - Edition 2015 and Pakistan Rangers Recruitment Rules 1968, applications are invited from eligible Pakistani male candidates for recruitment in Pakistan Rangers Sindh on provincial/regional quota basis.

Eligibility Criteria - Expected for Rangers Recruitment
- Nationality: Pakistani male citizens only
- Education:
Sepoy Clerk: Intermediate - FA/FSc or equivalent. Computer knowledge preferred
Sepoy General Duty: Matric - 10th Class pass
Sepoy Cook / Mess Waiter / NCsE: Middle - 8th Class pass preferred. Matric preferred - Age Limit: 18-30 Years. Age relaxation as per government rules for ex-servicemen and other categories
- Height: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches - 167.5 cm
- Chest: 33 inches with 1.5 inch expansion
- Marital Status: Unmarried candidates preferred for Sepoy GD
- Physical Fitness: Must pass physical test - 1.6 KM running, pushups, sit-ups
- Medical: Medically fit as per Rangers standards
How to Apply - Step by Step
1. Online Registration
- Portal: https://join.pakistanrangerssindh.gov.pk
- Dates: Online registration will continue from 05 June 2026 to 19 June 2026
- Process: Candidates can register online through the web portal and get their registration slip
- SMS Alert: For information regarding test date and time, send SMS "SINDHRANGER" to 0600
2. Recruitment Centers & Physical Test
- Dates: 22-23 June 2026
- Venue: Rangers Training Center and School Pakistan Rangers Sindh, Northern Bypass, Karachi
- Tests: Candidates must appear with online registration slip for initial medical, physical test, and written exam
- Documents: Bring original documents and PT shoes/sports kit for physical test
Required Documents for Recruitment
Candidates must bring following original documents at the time of initial registration:
- Educational Certificates: All original educational certificates/degrees/mark sheets including 8th class school leaving certificate. Must be verified by District Education Officer
- CNIC: Original Computerized National Identity Card issued by NADRA with 2 photocopies
- Domicile / PRC: Original domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate with 2 photocopies
- Photographs: 4 recent passport size photographs attested by gazetted officer
- NOC: Candidates already serving in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies must produce No Objection Certificate from Head of Department at time of initial registration. Entry without NOC is prohibited
Selection Process
- Online Registration: 05-19 June 2026 at join.pakistanrangerssindh.gov.pk
- Physical Test: 1.6 KM running in 8 minutes, pushups, sit-ups, height/chest measurement - 22-23 June 2026
- Initial Medical: Basic medical screening at recruitment center
- Written Test: Urdu, English, Math, General Knowledge, Islamiyat
- Final Medical: Detailed medical at Rangers Hospital
- Interview: Final interview by selection board
- Training: Selected candidates undergo 6-9 months training at Rangers Training Center
Salary & Benefits - Pakistan Rangers
- Basic Pay: BPS-05 to BPS-07 - Rs. 35,000 to 55,000 starting salary + allowances
- Total Package: Rs. 50,000 - 80,000/month including house rent, medical, ration allowance
- Other Benefits: Free accommodation, medical for self & family, subsidized ration, uniform, pension, group insurance
- Job Security: Permanent government job with pension after retirement
- Promotion: Time-scale promotions up to Subedar Major rank
Important Instructions
