01. Branch Manager (AVP) – Aitemaad Islamic Banking
Reporting To: Regional Head | Place of Posting: Hasilpur, Karachi and Lahore
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from HEC recognized university
Commerce Graduation / Islamic Banking certification/degree/diploma preferred
Experience:
Minimum 06 years' experience in branch banking, out of which at least 03 years as Branch Manager, preferably in Islamic Banking
Other Skills Required:
Sound knowledge of branch banking operations and Islamic banking products
Knowledge of AML/CFT and SBP Prudential Regulations (PRs)
Good business acumen and expertise of dealing audit issues
Goal-oriented, result-driven, excellent analytical skills
Outstanding customer services and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Overall management of branch affairs including supervision, business development, achievement of targets/KPIs
Marketing and promotion of Islamic banking products, deposits, retail banking, remittances, EOBI
Execute annual business plan and prepare periodic reports
Cascade branch targets to staff and track performance
Minimize attrition of top customers and monitor cross-selling of liability and asset products
Ensure Shariah Compliance and SOP adherence
Monitor branch credit portfolio and eliminate fraud/forgery through internal controls
02. Branch Operations Manager (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting To: Regional Executive – Operations | Place of Posting: Islamabad, Karachi, Wah Cantt, Winder (District Hub)
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Graduation from HEC recognized university
Master's degree / Islamic Banking certification preferred
Experience:
Minimum 04 years banking experience, out of which 02 years in core branch operations
Local candidates and domicile holders will be given preference. Females encouraged to apply
Skills Required:
Sound knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations and Islamic banking products
Strong leadership and branch management skills
Good understanding of branch banking operations and process efficiency
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all branch operations, ensuring efficient internal control and compliance
Facilitate Branch Manager in achieving KPI and annual budget compliance
Ensure SOP compliance including Shariah Compliance
Supervise data processing, debit/credit vouchers, and daily transactions
Ensure Regulatory, KYC/AML/Compliance regulations are implemented
Maintain ATM operations, CCTV, cash management, and branch security
03. Credit Operations Officer (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting To: Branch Operations Manager | Place of Posting: Karachi and Multan
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Graduation from HEC recognized university
Master's degree / Islamic Banking certification preferred
Experience:
Minimum 03 years banking experience, out of which at least 01 year in credit and/or advances and/or retail
Skills Required:
People management skills and knowledge of banking products, policies, procedures
Good oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office & databases
Sound knowledge of Islamic banking
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all accounting entries for disbursement and adjustment of transactions as per approved terms
Accrual, profit calculation, rental realization, monitoring advances parked at Branch
Ensure disbursement of advances/investments as per approved limits
Coordinate with RM/CAD for payments due, recovering finance/profit/rental
Maintain financing and security documents, insurance policies
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual statements for advances/investment parked at branch
04. Teller (OG-III / OG-II)
Reporting To: Branch Operations Manager | Place of Posting: Bela (District Lasbela), Gujrat, Hangu, Karachi, Kotli AK, Lahore, Wah Cantt, Winder (District Hub)
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Graduation from HEC recognized university
Islamic Banking certification preferred
Experience:
Minimum 01 year relevant banking experience
Skills Required:
Sound knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations regarding Cash Management
Good understanding of branch banking operations
Excellent cash-handling and customer-handling skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Key Responsibilities:
Receive cash from Branch Operations Manager, record denominations for cashier/sorting functions
Provide account services – deposits, withdrawals, remittances, utility bills, govt receipts
Ensure effective vault management and holding of cash keys as per Bank SOP
Count & sort cash as per SBP directives, enter details in system
Handle customer requests for currency notes, ATM replenishment
Maintain highest standards of customer service with zero complaint management
Balance/sort cash and prepare Cash Book, reconcile GL accounts
