NADRA Regional Head Office Karachi invites residents of Karachi Division for Walk-in Interviews for the post of Scanning Operator (Project-based) under Regulation 9, 10 and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002.

Job Location: Kandawala Building (Karachi South) | Work Shifts: Morning, Evening, Night
Interview Dates: Tuesday, 7th July 2026 to Friday, 10th July 2026
Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Age Limit: Max 25 Years
Venue: 4th Floor, Kandawala Building, M.A Jinnah Road, Karachi (Sindh)
Eligibility Criteria – NADRA Scanning Operator Jobs 2026
1. Qualification: Minimum Intermediate or Equivalent
2. Age: Maximum 25 Years. 05 years age relaxation already included. No further relaxation
3. Domicile: Only residents of Karachi Division as per CNIC/Domicile shall be allowed
4. Encouraged to Apply: Students, females, minorities, transgender persons and differently-abled persons
Job Details & Salary – NADRA Scanning Operator Karachi 2026
Contract Period: Selected candidates shall be hired purely on contract basis for a period of three (03) months only
Salary: Base salary of Rs. 40,000 per month, excluding incentive amount per scanned form
Daily Target: Selected candidates shall be assigned the task of archiving old NADRA records and required to scan minimum 400 pages per day
Work Schedule: Project executed in three shifts – Morning, Evening and Night, six days a week. Candidates must be willing to work in any shift as per requirement
Job Location: Kandawala Building, Karachi South. No request for posting/transfer shall be entertained

Interested candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview:
1. Original CNIC – Karachi Division domicile mandatory
2. Original Educational Documents – Minimum Intermediate certificate/DMC
3. Domicile Certificate of Karachi Division
4. Professional Documents if any
5. NOC: Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide No Objection Certificate
Important Terms & Conditions – NADRA Scanning Operator 2026
1. Karachi Division Only: Only residents of Karachi Division as per CNIC/Domicile allowed
2. Contract Nature: Purely project-based contract for 03 months only. No claim for regular/contractual appointment
3. Shift Work: Must be willing to work Morning, Evening or Night shifts, six days a week
4. Daily Target: Minimum 400 pages scanning per day mandatory
5. Incentive: Additional incentive per scanned form will be paid as determined by Authority
6. Confidentiality: Must comply with NADRA’s Data and Information Security Policies
7. Electronic Gadgets: Mobile phone, smart watch etc. not allowed during interview
8. No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance admissible for interview
9. Disqualification: Any false, forged or misleading information will lead to disqualification
10. Management Rights: Management reserves right to withhold/cancel recruitment process at any stage

Note: These positions are project-specific and temporary in nature. Selection against these positions shall not confer any right, claim or entitlement for regular/contractual appointment or regularization in NADRA. Services shall stand automatically terminated on completion of project/contract period.
