Job Requirements – HBL CCTV Surveillance & IT Support Officer 2026
Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics or a related field
Experience:
1–3 years of hands-on experience in CCTV Surveillance and IT Support
Technical Skills & Knowledge Required:
1. CCTV Systems: Sound knowledge of CCTV systems, including IP Cameras, NVRs and DVRs
2. Monitoring Platforms: Experience with Surveillance Monitoring Systems, such as Sentinel or other centralized monitoring platforms
3. Networking: Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN, switches, and static IP configuration
4. Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot CCTV recording, playback and connectivity-related issues
5. Storage Systems: Familiarity with RAID storage configurations and monitoring systems will be an added advantage
6. Technical Support: Capable of providing technical support and coordination for branch-level surveillance and IT-related issues
Key Responsibilities – CCTV Surveillance & IT Support Officer HBL
1. Monitor CCTV Infrastructure: Oversee IP Cameras, NVRs, DVRs across HBL Currency Exchange branches
2. Centralized Surveillance: Manage Sentinel and other centralized monitoring platforms
3. Network Management: Configure and maintain LAN, switches, static IP for surveillance network
4. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot recording failures, playback errors, and connectivity problems
5. Data Storage: Maintain RAID storage and ensure video data backup and retrieval
6. Branch Support: Provide remote and on-site IT support to branches for CCTV and IT issues
7. Reporting: Generate surveillance health reports and coordinate with security teams
