Expected Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality: Pakistani/AJK nationals only. Dual nationals not eligible.
2. Education:
For Bachelor's: 12 years education FSc/A-Level with minimum 60-70% marks
For Master's: 16 years education with minimum 2.5 CGPA or 60% marks
For PhD: 18 years education MS/MPhil with minimum 3.0 CGPA
3. Age Limit:
Bachelor's: 19-23 years
Master's: Under 30 years
PhD: Under 35 years as on closing date
4. Language: No IELTS/TOEFL required initially. French or Arabic proficiency preferred. Selected students undergo language course in Morocco.
5. Health: Medical fitness certificate required after selection.
6. Other: Must not be availing any other scholarship. Must return to Pakistan after completion.

- Nominated only: Only nominated candidates will be contacted for further documentations
- Apply early: Do not wait for last date. Portal may face heavy traffic near deadline
- Complete application: Incomplete or wrong information will lead to rejection
Selection Process
1. HEC Screening: HEC screens applications for eligibility and shortlists candidates
2. Nomination: HEC nominates shortlisted candidates to Moroccan Government
3. Final Selection: Moroccan universities/Government make final selection
4. Documentation: Nominated candidates submit attested documents, medical, police clearance
5. Visa & Travel: Selected students apply for Morocco study visa and arrange travel
