Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably a Master's from an HEC-recognized institute/university
- Preferred Fields: BBA, MBA, M.Com, BS Banking & Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related disciplines
- Added Advantage: Qualification in Islamic Finance, Islamic Banking, or Shariah will be an added advantage. Certifications like CIFE, CSAA, or Diploma in Islamic Banking preferred
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience related to CAD Consumer - House Finance
- Required Experience Areas: Credit Administration, Mortgage/House Finance Operations, Consumer Finance, Loan Documentation, Shariah Compliance in Banking
- Preferred: Experience in Islamic banks - Meezan, Dubai Islamic, BankIslami, Al Baraka, or conventional banks' Islamic windows
Job Description - Officer CAD Consumer
- Shariah Compliance: Ensuring transactions as per Shariah Policies & Procedures. All house finance cases must comply with Islamic modes - Diminishing Musharakah, Ijarah
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Mortgage & Government Regulations, SBP Prudential Regulations for Consumer Finance, and property laws
- Policy Implementation: Implementing Bank Policies, SOPs, Shariah Approvals & SBP Guidelines in daily CAD operations
- Document Review: Reviewing & executing documents as per Bank Policies & Sanction Terms. Includes sale deed, mortgage deed, insurance, valuation reports, legal opinion
- Disbursement Control: Pre-disbursement checks, ensuring all conditions precedent met before release of funds
- System Management: Updating core banking system, CAD systems, and maintaining MIS for consumer portfolio
- Coordination: Liaison with Business, Risk, Legal, Shariah, and Branches for smooth processing of house finance cases
- Audit & Reporting: Support internal/external audits, SBP inspections, and Shariah audits. Prepare reports for management
