Important Guidelines – Engro Fertilizers Apprenticeship 2026
1. Educational Requirement: Minimum C-grade in Matric (Science) is mandatory for all trades.
2. Degree Requirement: F.Sc (C-grade). DAE, B-Tech, or B.Sc. qualifications must have at least a 2nd division.
3. Government Recognition: All qualifications must be obtained from a government-recognized institute or polytechnic.
4. Age Limit: Maximum Age: 25 years on 28-02-2027. Age will be calculated as on 28 February 2027.
5. Not Eligible: Post Masters and Engineering Degree holders are not eligible to apply. This program is for DAE, B-Tech, BSc, FSc candidates only.
6. One Post Only: Candidate cannot apply for more than one post of the entire project. Select one trade carefully.
7. Last Date: Last date of submission of application is 03-July-2026. Late applications will not be entertained.

Step 1: Visit NTS official website: www.nts.org.pk
Step 2: Download Application Form for “Engro Fertilizers Ltd – Trade Apprentices” from Projects section.
Step 3: Deposit test fee in designated banks. Fee submission process details available on NTS website. Keep original deposit slip.
Step 4: Fill form and attach: Attested copies of Matric, DAE/B-Tech/FSc/BSc degrees, CNIC, domicile, 2 photos, and NTS deposit slip.
Step 5: Send complete application via courier to: National Testing Service-Pakistan, Plot# 96, Street # 4, H-8/1, Islamabad before 03 July 2026.
Step 6: NTS will issue Roll No Slips for written test. Test date and center will be communicated via NTS website and SMS.

Salary and Benefits – Engro Fertilizers Apprenticeship Program
1. Monthly Stipend: Selected apprentices receive monthly stipend as per Sindh Apprenticeship Act-2023. Expected stipend Rs. 32,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month during training period.
2. Training Duration: 2 to 3 years apprenticeship at Daharki Plant with classroom and on-job training.
3. Medical Facility: Medical coverage for apprentices as per company policy.
4. Accommodation: Subsidized accommodation or hostel facility may be provided at Daharki for outstation candidates.
5. Job Opportunity: After successful completion, apprentices may be offered permanent employment as Technician/Operator at Engro Fertilizers based on performance and vacancies. Starting salary after absorption Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 90,000+ per month.
6. Learning: Hands-on training on world-class urea plant, DCS systems, safety standards, and modern maintenance practices.

Who Should Apply – DAE B-Tech FSc Jobs 2026
1. DAE Holders: DAE Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Auto, CIT, Draftsman with minimum 2nd division and C-grade in Matric Science.
2. B-Tech Graduates: B-Tech Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Civil can apply. Post-Masters and BE Engineering not eligible.
3. FSc Candidates: FSc Pre-Engineering or Pre-Medical with C-grade eligible for HSE Technician and Computer Operator trades.
