Major Responsibilities
SME Batch
- Achieve business targets and ensure balanced portfolio growth across SME/Corporate and SBP schemes
- Acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships
- Identify opportunities, structure financing, and manage credit proposals
- Grow the SME deposits and generate trade & fee-based business
- Conduct regular customer visits and ensure timely collections
- Multiple Positions at following Locations: Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Multan, Sahiwal, Faisalabad
Trade Batch
- Drive trade sales by onboarding new customers and strengthening existing relationships
- Promote cross-sell and generate business through internal coordination
- Conduct customer visits, manage pipelines, and submit visit reports
- Maintain customer service quality, complaint resolution, and timely servicing
- Ensure training participation and timely dissemination of trade updates
- Multiple Positions at following Locations: Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Multan, Sahiwal, Faisalabad, Peshawar
Agriculture Credits Batch
- Promote and achieve Agri credit products as per assigned targets in coordination with respective functions for end-to-end process completion
- Manage recovery and collection of assigned portfolio
- Conduct stock/visit inspections and submit reports
- Manage renewal/review of credit facilities
- Maintain proper records and file management
- Multiple Positions at following Locations: Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Multan, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Hyderabad
Eligibility Criteria
| Criteria | Details |
|---|---|
| Qualification | Minimum Bachelor's degree - 16 years of education or equivalent in Business-related discipline from an HEC recognized local/foreign institute |
| Specialization | Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration/Management, Marketing or relevant field. Candidates having specialization in Agriculture related field will have advantage for Agri Batch |
| CGPA | Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 or 75% marks |
| Age | Up to 27 years - on application deadline |
| Experience | Minimum 6 Months |
