Key Responsibilities of Business Development Officer - ABL
- New Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new retail and SME customers to grow branch deposits and portfolio
- Product Sales: Promote and sell Allied Bank products - Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, ABL Digital Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Finance, Bancassurance
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and cross-selling
- Target Achievement: Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for deposits, accounts, cards, and other products
