1. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Key Responsibilities - Expected:
- Design and implement M&E frameworks for health programs in Chitral region
- Collect, analyze, and report program data to track health indicators and outcomes
- Conduct field visits to AKHSP health centers and community outreach programs
- Prepare donor reports, progress dashboards, and impact assessments
- Train staff on data collection tools and M&E systems
- Support evidence-based decision making for program improvement
Eligibility - Expected:
- Education: Master's degree in Public Health, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field
- Experience: 2-4 years in Monitoring & Evaluation, preferably in health or NGO sector
- Skills: Data analysis - SPSS, STATA, Excel, report writing, field research, knowledge of health indicators
- Language: Fluency in English and Urdu. Knowledge of Khowar/Chitrali is an advantage
2. Data Officer
- Organization: Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan - AKHSP
- Location: Chitral
- Department: Health Information Systems

Key Responsibilities - Expected:
- Manage health data from AKHSP facilities across Chitral
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into DHIS2/HMIS and other health databases
- Data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance
- Generate monthly/quarterly reports for management and donors
- Support digital health initiatives and EMR systems
- Coordinate with clinical staff for data accuracy and completeness
Eligibility - Expected:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Statistics, Computer Science, IT, Health Informatics, or related field
- Experience: 1-3 years in data management, preferably in healthcare or development sector
- Skills: MS Excel advanced, DHIS2, database management, data visualization, attention to detail
- Preference: Experience with health information systems and EMR
